From those humble beginnings, Koalet has expanded to four business premises and a team of more than 40 property professionals operating across over 160 areas in Pretoria.
The name “Koalet” represents the partnership of Kobus and Alet — a reflection of the family values and shared vision the company was built on.
In 2007, the second generation joined the business, continuing the legacy while introducing modern systems, innovation, and strategic growth — without compromising the integrity and personal service that defined its early years.
